An interesting and rare dram this – Ruadh Maor: peaty whisky from Glenturret. The distillery has been quietly making peated spirit for blending for years, and some of it is finally making its way out into the world for us to try on its own. This was distilled in 2009 and matured in a sherry hogshead until 2018, when it was bottled at 8 years old.
