70cl / 46.8% / Douglas Laing – An 18-year-old Timorous Beastie Highland blended malt whisky from indie bottler Douglas Laing, bottled in 2019. Aromas of soft spices, honey, vanilla and sweet malted barley fill the nose. The palate offers notes of stewed plums, blackberry jam, vanilla, blossom honey and warm baking spices.
