A special bottling of Lagavulin for the 2015 Islay Jazz Festival (released a little later that year), matured in refill American oak as well as European oak casks.
Launched in 2016 as part of the Johnnie Walker Blenders' Batch series, their Red Rye Finish expression has been finished in casks that previously held rye whiskey. The Blenders' Batch series will continue with two new expressions in the coming years...
Rarer than hen's teeth this one. Special pre-release bottling of Bruichladdich's Octomore - the most heavily peated whisky in the world.
An indie bottling of 29 year old Glenlivet single malt, drawn from cask #13503 which was laid down in 1978 and cracked open in 2008. It was independently bottled by Adelphi with a very small outturn of only 64 bottles.
An independently bottled Ardmore single malt Scotch whisky, drawn from a refill barrel that was filled in 2000 and cracked open in 2014. It was a joint bottled between The Whisky Agency and La Maison du Whisky, with 189 bottles produced.
A single cask bottling of 30 year old Cragganmore single malt Scotch whisky, independently bottled by the brilliant Adelphi chaps. It was distilled in 1986 (two years before Cragganmore became one of the six Classic Malts of Scotland') and matured for three decades until 2016, when it was bottled with an small outturn of 177 bottles.
We've reached the third entry of the Jack Daniel's Master Distiller series - this one honours Lemuel "Lem" Tolley, who was the third Master Distiller, following on from Jess Motlow. Lem held the position for over 20 years, from 1941 to 1964.
An independently bottled single malt Scotch whisky from an undisclosed distillery, though given the codename 'Breath of the Highlands' by bottler Adelphi. It was distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2008 after 22 years of maturation. A small release of only 64 bottles.
20 year old Clynelish, drawn from a single cask that was laid down in September 1995 and cracked open in August 2016. This was independently bottled by Signatory and treated very well indeed - just look at the handsome Ibisco decanters the whisky has been bottled in!
A 21 year old Bunnhabhain bottled by Adelphi for their Liddesdale series. Previously, the Liddesdale bottling were released without disclosing the distillery, though it now seems that they are more than happy to let us know it comes from the excellent distillery on the Isle of Islay. Batch 10 is a release of 1,101 bottles.
7 year old peated Tobermory single malt (known as Ledaig) drawn from a pair of hogshead casks which were filled in April 2009 and emptied in September 2016. It was independently bottled by Signatory for there Un-Chillfiltered Collection, so nary a thought was given to chill-filtered this tasty rascal.

A long-aged single grain from Carsebridge. Distilled in May 1973 and aged for 43 years in a single refill butt, this is creamy with notes of forest fruits, Demerara sugar and pepper.
A 1989 vintage whisky bottled by Hunter Laing for the Old & Rare range. Distilled at Inchgower, matured in a refill hogshead for 25 years and bottled in October 2014.
A creamy and buttery Tamdhu from Hunter Laing as part of the First Editions series. Distilled in 1998 and aged for 18 years, this has notes of toffee, clotted cream and gentle herbs.

A single barrel rye whiskey from the Dad's Hat range, produced in Bristol, Pennsylvania. It was distilled in January 2013 and bottled at cask strength September 2016, released as part of La Maison du Whisky's 60th Anniversary celebrations. 240 bottles were produced.
