Loved the poem, especially the line and let who will be cveler;Do noble things, not dream them I bought 6 bottles when I heard. By far the most underrated and fairly priced JW blend.going to try and limit myself to a bottle every other year. I'm more of a single malt lover, but can appreciate a nice blend, and the Green has/had great character. It even caused me to seek out it's components (Linkwood being excepted, since I've never seen it on the shelf in the US.)Curiously I have never found it smokey at all, but I'm a bit of a late-commer, so may be I missed those editions (?).One thing's for certain:I will only share my cache of JWG with those who I sense will truly appreciate it, from this point on

I had the pleasure of trying this recently. I thought "Dawn" a very apt name for the light maritime notes and the dash of citrus. A delicious Islay malt!
