Also, what exactly is a “Dram”. Here in the States we go by shots or jiggers.

I absolutely agree with you in that it is a must have in any whisky drinkers cabinet, and I would never go without one. It is also my personal whisky of choice for a sneaky sip from hip flask on a cold day; very nice indeed. 😉
