70cl / 49.1% | Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky

A 1988-vintage dram from Caperdonich, Glen Grant's sister distillery. It was mothballed in 2002 and was torn down in 2010 to make room for still-maker Forsyth's to grow. It's reputation has grown since then, and this whisky is an excellent example from the distillery – distilled on 21 June 1988 and bottled on 1 March 2013 after 29 years in a hogshead. Buttery, fruity and delightful.
