The Jameson Deconstructed Series (originally released for travel retail) is built around three distinctive features of Jameson, resulting in three distinct expressions. This is the 'Lively' expression.
Edradour's Natural Cask Strength bottlings enjoy a lofty status, This one was distilled in 2002, aged in cask 1402 and bottled in October 2016, yielding 693 bottles. The purest expression of the distillery's spirit, this is full of dried fruit and spice.

Part of Teeling's Vintage Reserve Collection, this 24 year old Irish single malt whiskey was matured in bourbon casks before being given a finishing period in Sauternes wine barrels. A limited edition release of 5,000 bottles.
A North Star Spirits independent bottling of 8 year old Ardmore single malt, distilled in June 2008 and bottled in October 2016. 198 bottles were produced - and they're rather handsome indeed! Top work, chaps!
This follows on from the 2003 edition. It is made with organic Scottish barley which is certified by the biodynamic association. It is a lightly peated Bruichladdich, matured in American oak casks which contained bourbon.
An indie bottling of single grain Scotch whisky from the Port Dundas distillery, which was sadly closed in 2011. This particular whisky was distilled in August 2004 and set aside to age until October 2016, when it was bottled by North Star Spirits with an outturn of 318 bottles.
It's the 2016 edition of the Lagavulin Islay Jazz Festival bottling. A collectable bottle released during their 200th Anniversary year - the whisky was drawn from refill American oak hogsheads and first fill American oak barrels.
A North Star Spirits bottling of 27 year old single malt from the Tormore distillery. This was distilled in December 1988 and matured until October 2016, when it was bottled with an outturn of 200 bottles.
This is the Lagavulin Fèis Ìle 2016 release - an 18 year old single malt drawn from European oak ex-bodega Sherry butts and refill American oak hogsheads selected by Iain McArthur. 2016 saw the Lagavulin distillery celebrate their 200th anniversary, as noted on the label of this collectable expression.

A 61-year-old Linkwood released by Gordon & Macphail as part of the Private Collection Ultra series, believed to be the oldest ever bottling from the distillery. Chosen by Rosemary Rankin and her son Stephen, this has all the classic sherried whisky flavours, with excellent integration.
A single malt Scotch whisky from an undisclosed distillery on Islay, bottled by Morrison & MacKay. The name, The Big Strand, comes from the long sandy beach way out west on the Isle of Islay.
A 62-year-old Glenlivet released by Gordon & Macphail as part of the Private Collection Ultra series. Chosen by Ian Urquhart, son Neil and daughter Jenny Houldsworth, this has all the classic sherried whisky flavours, but elegance in abundance.

A Signatory bottling of 23 year old Glenlossie single malt, aged in a single hogshead from November 1992 to June 2016. After it was matured, it was bottled for the Cask Strength Collection and bottled with an outturn of 253 bottles.
