Whisky Recipe  –  Jura’s Party Island Punch

Ingredients for Cold Punch:

· 1 bottle of Jura Superstition (go on indulge – this party is only for your really best friends)

· 2 oranges

· 2 pints of boiling water

· 8 oz of cubed sugar

· 3 lemons

· A few mint leaves

Use a sharp knife to remove the yellow rind (not the white pith) from the lemons and do the same with the oranges before squeezing out the juice. Place the peel, juice, mint and sugar in a large jug and add the boiling water. Stir until the sugar has dissolved. When it is cold, remove the lemon and orange peel and mint and add the whisky. Chill before use. Add some thinly sliced soft fruit before serving from a punch bowl.

Put on some good music and just watch the toes start to tap – guaranteed to get a smile on everyone’s face.
